Our engineering team brings 20+ years in electronics design, with experience that includes:

· 100+ PCB designs, including flexible, multilayer and high-speed boards.

· A production launch of approximately 2,000 devices.

· Over 30% product cost reduction on a previous project through design, BOM and supplier optimization.

We develop boards with up to 10 layers, covering controlled impedance, differential pairs, length matching and mechanical integration. Interface experience includes Ethernet, USB, DDR, LVDS, MIPI CSI-2, SLVS-EC, SPI, I²C and UART.

We use Altium Designer for PCB design and manufacturing documentation, SolidWorks for 3D mechanical integration.

 We support component selection, BOM review and sourcing, assessing cost, availability, lead times, lifecycle status and suitable alternatives.

Layouts follow relevant IPC guidelines, with manufacturing and assembly reviews plus support for test points and fixtures. Deliverables include Gerber and drill files, BOMs, pick-and-place data and assembly drawings.

We coordinate PCB fabrication and carry out assembly at Jaguar Industri Ltd, supporting prototype bring-up, testing, revisions and repeat production. We also work with your software and mechanical teams to integrate the electronics into the finished product.
